Roasted and toasted. Some teas are grown, these are forged. Roasted oolong goes back over charcoal, round after round, until the leaf turns deep, warm and mineral. Yunnan toasted tea meets the flame directly, crackling in a clay pot before the water hits. Two methods, one element. Come taste what fire does to a leaf.
